50 replaces Whitaker

50 Cent will be replacing Forest Whitaker in an upcoming movie role with Silvester
Stallone that is entitled ‘The Expendibles’. Due to a scheduling conflict, Whitaker could
not take on the role and Stallone’s next choice was none other than the G-unit rapper and
leader, 50 Cent. The film revolves around a plot to overthrow a South American dictator by
a group of mercenaries. ‘The Expendibles’ was written by Stallone. Stallone will also be starring
in the movie as well as being the director. Other stars in the movie include Jet Li, Dolph
Lundgren, Jason Statham and Anorld Schwarzenegger. Will ‘The Expendibles’ be a hit or what? Let us know.

50 cent hit by economic times

The ongoing economic downturn seems to be hitting from all corners. The rapper 50-cent has not
been spared and has already admitted to have lost millions of dollars in his investments.
Due to the economic downturn, his album due on release on December had to have the release date
pushed to a later date, fearing that struggling fans will be reluctant to spend money on music CDs.

stock values and said that pushing the release date of the album was to position himself a little better.

50 Cent waits on Eminem

50 recently said that he plans to wait on Eminem  to release his new album ‘relapse’ before releasing his. The 32-year old rapper who came into the limelight with his hit song “In Da Club” admitted that he has actually been Eminem’s artist all along and that people seem to forget that fact. The multiplatinum rapper said Eminem is working with Dre and this probably mean that Dre will be occupied with Em and may not get a chanve to finish up the remaining pieces that he is doing with Dre. At the moment, Eminem has got the mot buzz with his first single “Crack a Bottle” that features Dre and 50 taking the No.1 postion on the Billboard’s Hot 100 singles chart early in February.  However, new music from 50 can still be heard from his new video game, 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand”, that was released about 2 weeks ago.  What do you think of 50’s music evolution into the video game world?
